1. Unless otherwise stated in applicable Service terms, you may create one account per email address. Upon completion of the account creation process, you will be issued unique account identifiers and tokens.

2. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur using your account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by you or a third party. Therefore, you should contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised in any way.

1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, ParkNest may seek injunctive relief in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction for actual or alleged infringement of ParkNest's or a third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website or products or Services sold or distributed by ParkNest or its affiliates where the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $10,000 shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts of Delaware. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

3. By using the Services, you agree that the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will govern this agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and ParkNest.
